#TwoDictators Dominates Twitter After Fox News Host Uses The Term To Describe Donald Trump & Kim Jong-Un!

#TwoDictators may sound like the name of a play that was robbed at the Tony Awards last night, but the story behind this now trending hashtag is somehow even more hilarious.

The hashtag blew up on Twitter Monday after a news anchor used the term to describe the meeting between Donald Trump and North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-Un.

Here’s the kicker: it was said by Fox News host Abby Huntsman!

Attempting to talk up Trump and Jong-Un’s meeting in Singapore on Tuesday as one for the history books, the Fox and Friends commentator referred to the rival egomaniacs as “two dictators,” telling White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci:

“Regardless of what happens in that meeting, between the two dictators, what we are seeing right now, this is history.”

Oops! Huntsman apologized for the slip-up later on the show, but by that point Twitter was already having way too much fun making “Two Dictators walk into a bar…” jokes.

Read some funny reactions (below).

Historic, indeed!

Duffer Brothers Slam ‘Meritless’ Stranger Things Ripoff Lawsuit Here’s Why The Ideas Seem So Similar!

In case you haven’t heard,

Now the showrunners are hitting back through their lawyer, who released a statement saying:

“Mr. Kessler’s claim is completely meritless. He had no connection to the creation or development of Stranger Things. The Duffer Brothers have neither seen Mr. Kessler’s short film nor discussed any project with him. This is just an attempt to profit from other people’s creativity and hard work.”

Kessler’s pitch allegedly includes a young boy disappearing, a cop with a haunted past, secret government experiments, and a monster from another dimension that looks like a child’s toy — things that might sound familiar to fans of the show.

But Kessler even says they stole his title — because Stranger Things was originally titled Montauk!

The Duffers have been open about the original title of their show; heck, it’s on the Wikipedia page! They even made this faux retro book cover as part of their pitch:

So how could the two come up with a similar premise and the EXACT SAME title independently??

Well, it’s not from out of thin air… or the Upside Down.

Both were based on the real life Montauk Project conspiracy theory, which has been around since the early 1980s. According to rumors, a government institute in Montauk, New York, conducted strange experiments there. A parapsychologist with “repressed memories” wrote a series of books about it which included teleportation, mind control, aliens, and a hole in time and space.

There was a documentary about it in 2014. It was even featured in an X-Files episode.

Hmm… Seems like a lot of what Kessler is claiming as his own wasn’t even his. As for his actual pitch, we guess a judge will have to decide.

Are Fixer Upper’s Chip & Joanna Gaines Holding Out For A Bigger & Better Deal With Discovery??

Show them the money!

As we reported, Chip and Joanna Gaines shocked their fans when they announced season five would be the last of their hit HGTV show, Fixer Upper.

Now we’re hearing the renovation duo may be holding out for a potential deal with Discovery Communications, which is in talks to buy Scripps (the company that owns HGTV).

A network insider told Page Six:

“Many years ago, when Scripps, which also owns Food Network, signed Rachael Ray, they didn’t think about Rachael starting a magazine, launching product lines, getting endorsement deals and her books selling millions of copies. And so while Food Network turned Rachael Ray into a star, she made tens of millions and Scripps got none of it. After Rachael, they made sure no talent deal would ever put them in that situation again. Since the Gaineses were relatively unknown when they started, they signed the general Scripps talent contract.”

The source went on to add:

“Scripps talent contracts are very restrictive. The talent can’t do anything without their approval — any appearance, any publicity, any endorsement, any product — you have to ask them for permission. It is awful. And on top of that, Scripps takes a big percentage of everything you make — books, appearances, endorsements, products. If you make money, they take most of the money.”

So it sounds like the Gaines’ are ready to take their talents elsewhere for more money and more control:

“As Chip and Joanna grew more famous and popular over the years, the HGTV conceded to a few changes to their contract — like not taking a percentage of their Target collection — but they still wanted the Gaineses to shoot long days, promote the show and just work their butts off. So they are using this end of their contract as a total renegotiation to get the deal they really want: more money, less work, more control. The timing of Discovery buying Scripps worked well in their favor. With Discovery hopefully now about to own Scripps, they are rolling the dice thinking the new owners will come running after them and give them the deal they really want.”

Considering Chip and Joanna’s popularity, we can’t imagine Discovery not wanting to hop on board!

Priscilla Presley Left Elvis Over ‘A Lot Of Infidelity’ And She’s Ready To Spill EVERYTHING!

She was the King’s wife. But she wasn’t always his queen.

Priscilla Presley is tired of hearing other versions of her own story, so she’s opening up about her rocky marriage to Elvis Presley in a new speaking tour.

Elvis And Me: An Evening With Priscilla Presley is doing its initial run in Australia — four dates in Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, and Perth — so that was her first publicity stop.

Already we can tell this is going to be a more frank, candid Priscilla as the 72-year-old explained to WSFM‘s Jonesy And Amanda:

“I’m at a time in my life where I feel a lot more comfortable with people…

I’m asked so many questions all the time. There’s a lot of books that I have been glancing through that are just so altered and the truth is just not there… I don’t want to leave this world in the hands of other people writing my story.”

One thing we know she’ll open up about? Why she left Elvis in 1973 after just six years!

She spelled it out simply:

“There’s a lot of temptation, a lot of infidelity and I just couldn’t live it any longer, I wasn’t willing to share my man.”

Now should she! She continued:

“It was just a very difficult lifestyle, rock n’ roll is not glamorous.”

We cannot wait to hear all about what Elvis was really like straight from Priscilla’s lips!

Would YOU go see this tour??
